At CHITA LIVING, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place it back into its original shipping box with all protective internal padding.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized carrier pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
